Paul and his girlfriend Barbara are vacationing with friends Howard and Vicki off the Spanish coast. The idyllic break runs into problems when a boating accident leaves Howard and Vicki trapped. Paul and Barbara go to the nearest village in search of help, but the village contains secrets, its inhabitants worshipping the grotesque sea-monster Dagon, whose unholy offspring are on the loose.
