Comedy, Thriller, UR, 28-May-2015
Schneider, a hit man, gets a call on the morning of his birthday. After initially refusing, he reluctantly takes on the job and discovers the target is a writer living alone in a secluded place. The job seems straightforward but becomes much more complicated than expected. This is a violent, twisty, Coen-esque black comedy from provocative Dutch director Alex van Warmerdam (Borgman).
