Business graduate Franck returns to his hometown to take up an internship at the factory where his father works. However, his attempts to introduce an initiative intended to empower the workforce backfire when his manager uses it as an excuse to restructure and cut jobs. As tensions simmer on the factory floor, Franck is forced to confront his own sense of shame over where his loyalties lie.
